Ultimate routine for healthy hair and preventing hair fall and dandruff. 1. Massaging the scalp 2. Combing with a neem wood comb 3. Don't opt for tight hairstyles 4. Avoid excessive heat styling 5. Sun protection 6. Stay hydrated 7. Nutritious diet 8. Proper sleep 9. Hair Mask. After oiling, wrap your hair in a hot towel for sometime 10. Applying warm oil on the hair and regular washing with natural oil and shampoo from littleextrra cocoonioon 11. Yogasana with inverted positions that promote blood circulation and stimulate the hair follicles.
