Dont compare if you visit some province if you go different places in the philippine,why you frustrate ,co'z they have different mayor in different places they follow the rules and the prize to what ever he want to tourist spot,its ok to go and follow the prizes ok.have a nice they i like your vlog and watch your vlog.

Apo island is the best
Proud to be an Apohanon. That's where I'm living for. But now, visitors are restricted to visit the Island because of this pandemic. Keep safe everyone and thank you for featuring our place, its a big help to promote our biodiversity. ❤

Is this recommended for non-swimmers? Can we also see the turtles?
Yes, you can wear life jacket. The turtles are just very near the shore anyway. When I was there, the water was just waist-high, that shallow, and the turtles were there.

Btw I’m traveling solo, did you meet solo travelers in your trip? How did they go to Apo Island? Can I join with other travelers?
I'm sorry, I haven't. I think if regular commute, they only have a schedule on wednesdays, it's like their "market day" but on other days you might have to wait or join with other solo travelers as well so you can hire a boat. Please verify this information cause i haven't experience this first hand. Maybe there are other solo travelers out there who has the accurate answer.
May i ask if snorkeling too has fees? Thank you! 😊
no other fees, just the P100 environmental fee and P300 (for every group of up to 4 persons) for the snorkeling guide (kind of compulsory cause you won't be allowed to snorkel without the guide)

If you would be there for just a day trip and not also planning to stay overnight, don't spend so much time with the turtles and the garden like what we did lol. There are still many places to go around the island. There's a nice cove/beach also the one seen from the hill where we went. We haven't got the time to go there anymore.
