Hi Daniel!!! Happy birthday!!! 🎉You still very young😅!!!Beautiful scenic view!!! What’s your bucket list this year?! Good luck next hunt for gold ring🤞🤙💍💯😍😊🏖️
Bonsoir à toi et Mike je vous suis et abonné à vous les vidéos sont belle la vu est sublime je suis en France et je profite qui me donne envie de voyager et détecté avec vous merci pour les vidéos de qualité et des vues panoramique 👍
You may want to try the 115 cm black wire for your Deus 2. I like it better than that long white wire. I’m 6’-1” and it about the right length for me without being too tight.
I understand you run up and down the coast to find your treasures. Stay safe, hope none of the metal detectorists you hang with are affected by the fires…
I use beach sensitive program, pitch tones, magnetic accept (that’s the most important), ground tracking ON, silencer 0, bottle cap reject 0. Audio response all the way. All the other settings should be set to your specific conditions.
Damn you are older than me, my birthday is in February, born in 89, but i always forget my age and probably told a bunch of people im 36 the last year 😅
@MontereyMagnetMan Daniel thank God he is also safe And my momwill Has his house. I was watching this guy Hex's get video he rode Around on his motor bike into the Reas that burned and still had active fires. I just can grasp my mind to calm. Down. Seeing the Devistation of all those homes and businesses desamated, I also Watched Jimmy Kimmel he backing along most In tears.. alot Of caleberties are doing all of good things for people like Steve Gutenberg, snoop dogg. I felt so bad for actor John Woods he tried Getting his elder neighbor out from his burning 🏠 they got him out In time. John broke down in tears he lost his home and every thing I felt bad for him. The may be rich but they are human beings and They lost a lot of irreplaceable stuff like every one else. I broke down In tears my self knowing what it's like to go through a trauma and Disaster. It's good ing the.be weird watching beach detecting videos this summer from California and not seeing all that se house on the Beach and up on the cliffs. I know those areas will eventually be rebuilt in time .
A few days before you turned 35, I turned 64. But I feel 80. It's really hard to work up the energy to get out to the beach. Once I'm there it's no problem to detect, but only for 4-6 hours. Enjoy your 30's energy and find adventure and gold!! 😃
Love seeing the dolphins come close to shore like that! A somewhat common occurrence at several of the Laguna beaches too and it always makes my day seeing that... well, that ... and finding a gold ring! 😉🤣
Happy Birthday 🎈🎉!! I have 2 kids born in Dec.. 7th (35 yrs old) & 15th and a grandson on Dec 8th. A busy month. Glad to see you enjoyed yours on a nice sunny beach. Thanks for the video
Wow! You really did find some odd things 😂😅! It was as usual a great way to spend part of my day. At 62 hubby takes me so i can detect...Arizona ground is hard tnough, and i spend a week recovering afterward😂😅. Have a w9nderful week!
Hello! I've been watching your channel for a long time and noticed that you have a lot of experience using various metal detectors, especially on beaches. If we take three metal detectors, namely Nokta Legend, Equinox, and Deus 2, which one gave you more finds? And why don't you use the Legend anymore? Is this metal detector really much worse for beach searching compared to the D2 and EQ900?
The Deus 2 is definitely the most capable of any machine on the market in my opinion. The Legend was really good until Nokta started putting out all the software updates that bogged down the processors in the older units. I don’t use my legend anymore because I sold it a while back. The Equinox is good, but minelab machines tend to struggle in mineralized environments like black sand beaches. The Manticore is having the same problem. Not as bad as the 900, but still struggling. At the end of the day the “best” machine is the one you’re most comfortable with. But if black sands are an issue the Deus 2 or a PI machine would be best.
@@MontereyMagnetMan Thank you for your detailed and thorough response! ;-) So, do you mean that the Legend metal detectors from the first batches are different from those being made now?
I like finding interesting things so much! It's not about the value, or lack thereof, it's just fun to find unusual items. Good hunt, although I know it's not as lucrative as most of yours.
One year suggest you plan a hunt after New Years Day in Cayucos. There is an annual Polar Bear plunge & hundreds of people are on the sand by the pier. Possible treasures 🤔
“Grandpa dropped his glasses once In a pot of dye, And when he put them on again He saw a purple sky. Purple fires were rising up From a purple hill, Men were grinding purple cider at a purple mill. Purple Adeline was playing With a purple doll; Little purple dragon flies Were crawling up the wall. And at the supper-table He got crazy as a loon From eating purple apple dumplings With a purple spoon.”

I actually recently made a modification to the shaft and ran the black cable up through it. Now it reaches the box without being in the way.
You stay blessed
Praying for Cali, stay safe my friend

They’re all good. Maybe a little smoky around their area but so far so good. 🤙
Hi what s your setting in black sand?

So, do you mean that the Legend metal detectors from the first batches are different from those being made now?
@ yea the old legends don’t have a carbon fiber shaft. I’m sure the processors and internals are slightly updated too.
I wonder if they see the air tag moving and what they think cause thier dogs at home
It didn’t ping my phone so I think the water must’ve got to it. I found one in Laguna beach one that was pinging all the way back to Monterey once 😂

I was talking about that with Seek And Detect, I think it would be a fun hunt for sure. I think they also do one in Huntington Beach
Look up the poem "Grampa dropped his glasses" I remember it from my childhood in the sixties! It was in our Childcraft set of books!
“Grandpa dropped his glasses once
In a pot of dye, And when he put them on again
He saw a purple sky. Purple fires were rising up
From a purple hill, Men were grinding purple cider
at a purple mill. Purple Adeline was playing
With a purple doll;
Little purple dragon flies
Were crawling up the wall. And at the supper-table
He got crazy as a loon
From eating purple apple dumplings
With a purple spoon.”
I'm 62.. stop whining!! Lol
