@@shantitanna8033 Islam gave her the permission to refuse to any marriage. No nikah can be done without her saying ‘yes’. Islam simply said that no man can wife his ex wife once divorced. Only in such cases that the lady decided to marry someone else and later on at some point they get divorced or the husband died. In such case, she can remarry her ex-husband. It was a protection given so that men don’t make it a game of divorcing and remarrying their wives.
It is Haram and not-permissible to have a nikah with a plan to divorce. There is no such thing as halala in islam.
It’s a later abuse introduced by society, specially men, for their benefit.
U still don't know what is Islam ..read Quran,Halala is done by bias men in Muslims ..So hope u don't react against it .

How can an impulsive man's irresponsible act of divorcing his wife in a fit of anger be "rectified" by him subjecting his former wife to this ultimate indignity and humiliation???
