I cannot tell you how happy I was to see this pop up this morning. Not only because it's the great Brooker but because these uploads are one of the few pleasures in my life (really) I listen to them in the bath after work and in bed to help me drift off, and now I will be listening simply to fill the time for the foreseeable. I know I'm not alone in saying these videos have helped me mentally and some of the stories and messages from the guests have resonated,educated and moved me in addition to the laughter. Seeing Richard in the clip before the video made me a bit emotional too. We truly don't know how long we will be in this mess and I'm sure ppl are worrying as I am. We are in it together guys I hope you all find the strength to make it through with some positive outcomes to show for it. God bless. This is probably the funniest and most entertaining podcast I've ever seen/heard. Charlie Brooker is very sharp and witty. They are very well matched, him and Richard.
I love how people like Brooker and Frankie Boyle have this grumpy man vibe who create very dark material, but are actually really nice people in person. This is a great show, one of my favourites so far as I am working through your back catalogue. Also: "The cunts rolling a six" :D
