Hey man, this is quite an amazing collection! How long did it take you to collect and polish all of them? Also, do you wear a different pair everyday? I’m just curious how you keep all of them in such great condition!
I do usually wear a different pair every day. I condition them every six months or so with Bick 4. I also shine them with boot cream from Tarrago.
Wow what a collection man! You wouldn't happen to still have those sea turtle would ya? I ruined a pair of my dad's back in the day and would love to try and buy them from ya.
I sold the sea turtles (unfortunately). However, I recommend Pirarucu which look very similar and are extremely comfortable. I actually picked up two pairs from Old Mejico boots and they are fantastic!

When you’re buying boots on eBay; what do you look for to make sure they’re real? Just now getting into exotic boots.
Just my opinion make sure the photos are clear and close shots of the skin zoom in there Google fake vs real what ever skin your getting compare the 3 pics and also if the pattern looks way to perfect and very uniformd it's a dead giveaway look for wood pegs and or nails in the sole near the heel there's more but I'm sure someone will chime in also take your time.

I have not run into fakes so far. I buy from sellers who have good feedback and generally buy high end brands.

I don't see the point in buying endless pairs of expensive boots that you practically never wear. I also disagree with your opinion of Tony Lama's quality being lesser than Lucchese but that is personal opinion and no harm, no foul. You also seemed to lament selling the pair to the Australian. Why did you put them up for sale if they were so unique in type and category? As for courtrooms- I stay as far away from them as humanly possible!
