    Is it good enough to put an alarm every 45 min to stretch the back and shoulders for couple of minutes, or is it better to change position as you've explained ? Thanks for your answer, I'm really enjoying those videos !

      Under your desk of course! Ideally in contact with the floor, if you can't reach grab something you can rest your feet on
