It has been really good so far. The fabric has been remarkable at not holding dog hair and has been really easy to spot clean. We opted for the firm cushions and they have been wonderfully supportive. That Stealth Tech appears to be an awesome upgrade.
Best part was watching dog chill out. Should have left more footage of completed couch and actually share an opinion.

Sky Gray Corded Velvet. It is very light and shows dirt easily. However, it is fairly easy to clean. Do with that information what you will.
How long was the total time?
Threeish hours. The longest part was getting all the covers on everything.
