So here it finally is, the annual video I make for Deepika's birthday. I truly hope she sees this. I worked so hard on this, I can't even tell you how much time I have spent on this. I honestly hope you all enjoy watching. It has been a blast to edit this but it has also been very tiring. Well anything for the queen. :) Please tweet this to her, it would mean the world to me and everyone involved who made this video what it is. (@deepikapadukone)
I want to thank everyone who helped me with this. All the fans who have sent in reasons why they love her and all. I tried to include all of them, but I actually had to leave some out and I feel really bad about it but I honestly was so tired of editing after a certain point that I just stopped. I feel really bad because there were some really good and accurate reasons I left out. Oh well. You all can guess that these 115 reasons are not the only ones we love her, there's way more than that. I hope people who don't like Deepika that much but end up watching this could maybe even start liking her. That's the whole aim of this video, to show you all why she is so perfect in our eyes. You all might have noticed that this is my longest video until today. Every year the birthday videos keep getting longer because my love is growing stronger I guess? lol Just think about it I would have even made the Reasons video longer cause I'm not completely satisfied with the length of that and amount of reasons I used.

She gives us so many NEW reasons every single day, this video will be outdated in a few weeks you'll see lol anyway believe me I say it's a breeze but I struggled to a certain extent too. It was a breeze because I could think of what clips & pics to use very fast most of the times but I still struggled because I edited the Reasons segment in 2 days for example and I worked on it day and night non stop and I'm like extremely sleep deprived x'D You know I dont even expect a big shout out. YOU ARE FREAKING CRAZY. You just literally edited a 20 minutes video. It's not a video, it's almost like a short film! :) Didn't you faint while editing this? :O How many clips did you have to watch & cut... 500!? Gercekten bayilmadin mi yorgunluktan? :-) I honestly get freaking exhausted when I cut a 7-10 minutes video. When I'm done editing, I don't even feel like watching my own videos anymore bcuz you know... you've watched them over and over again and the songs become so annoying to listen to. And it's not even only the editing and placing the clips that is a lot of work. It's also the "research", sitting through every single clip, finding what you're looking for. I seriously hope Deepika gives you some mad love and appreciation after this. And even invite you to meet her because you've been making these videos every single year and I can see & notice every minute of hard work & effort put into this. You're seriously the biggest DP fan I know. A message from her would be great but an invitation, that's what I hope to see! Hrithik did that, he kind of invited me to meet him when he saw my video. And I'm not gonna lie, I'm not a die-hard fan of him like I am with Rani Mukherji, for example. :) What I really liked this time was the coloring. You switched it up & I swear from the beginning til the end it really looked fabulous & so 'clean' almost. Loved the first half with the sweet & happy moments. And I actually liked how you slowed all the songs down and with that, your editing also slowed down a bit which really suited it this time. Like not a single clip is rushed. I could read each reason & I actually found myself liking DP more after this. I'm a fan of her onscreen of course but offscreen I had my 'like-dislike' relationship with her. And after this, I seriously couldn't help but relate more to her and even see some similarities between me and her. Anyways, you just slayed the whole DP fandom with this & I'm eagerly waiting for her to RT or reply back. xoxo

You're an editor and only an editor can relate to an editor like that. lol Yes I am freaking exhausted. In fact the reason I'm replying late to this is I tried to get some sleep just now. I have honestly been working day and night non stop on this and barely slept the past few days. I just had to make this perfect to the T because Deepika truly deserves it. I don't know about inviting me but even I think that at least this year around I deserve that my video gets seen. I just need her to acknowledge this video this year around to see not only my undying love but also her fans. I got so many reasons sent in by fans & birthday messages of course like every year and the most disappointing is when their hard work goes unnoticed as well. Even I was surprised at how much I know about her after this. I swear. I just realized that my love for her just has reached a point where she has become my own you know? I don't even look at her as this actress anymore, she is like this friend that I had for all these years that shaped me into the person I am and I know more about her than I know about myself. i swear if I had more time in hand the Reason segment would at least be at 200 reasons and I feel annoyed that I left out some good reasons. It just makes me happy that I could change people's opinions like yours, I guess my video has achieved what its set out to do to a certain extent then.
