Great shave, Brother!
Once when we were just about to sell our house some fool stole our fuel oil and the house froze up. The radiators, the furnace, the pipes and even the toilets broke. It was -38C and I cost us a fortune as the insurance wriggled out of their responsability....The sale was off, too... 😖
