Hey there. So I bought this unit and have installed it in my RX 350. Unfortunately, the air conditioner does not work... do you know how to solve this? Also, I can't get into the Console app. It doesn't respond. Supposedly, that's where you go tweak some settings to get the the rear speakers to work (mine aren't). Can you help? Looks like you might be in the Seattle area (as am I). Did you get this installed somewhere in the area? Help!
do you have a diagram or video on how you connected the wire harness? i cant control the AC is just blasting, once I connect the CAN my emergency lights cant be shut off. any help would be appreciate it. I have the same model as you

Lol. The dual feature is not a glitch. When "Dual" is activated, it means you have dual control. Two controls. One for each side. It's working like it should.

I like the idea of this unit, I have an 04 rx330. in the past I've always found the sound quality to be lacking on these Android units, as well as the sort of glitches you've pointed out. They look slick tho. Honestly I'd be happier with just the original top nav being a new slave unit (replace) or oem integration (module).

the sound was fine by my standards, I didn't notice any distortions or differences with OEM sound. Though the car does not have ML, so my bar on sound quality is not super high.
Sound 100% will be better, because of DSP and good internal amp (TDA7560 MOSFET). But any way, I am going to get new speakers and car amplifer, It would be much better too

Yes, both problem were fixed by re-pinning one of the connectors (3 grey wires had to be moved). Hazards worked for me but still having ac issues. I hit auto and fans go full speed and off shuts it down .no other ac functions work . Think maybe wrong protocol setting or I've wired it wrong but no idea

No. The mpg and fuel economy screens are grayed out and no car information is displayed. The OBD connection with the car is working as the unit is able to show door status, but no other information is shown. I've asked support engineers about problem and they couldn't give me solution for several weeks. I am hoping software update will fix this eventually.

@@Krishnadasdas это не подскажу, у меня на 350 она, а в видео жалуются что для 400 не всё работает, но смотря что нужно, расход и разряд вроде точно не будет показывать, не знаю что у вас там ещё отличается от бензиновых. Позвоните установщикам и продажникам, в Москве должны были ставить

no, the unit doesn't play any disk. There are 2 USB ports, but you'll have to copy CD/DVD to USB flash. Alternatively, there are external CD/DVD players on market that can be plugged into USB...I am not sure if the unit supports external CD/DVD drives .

The unit expects composite signal for camera, but in 2006 RX the camera output is converted into component signal by camera ECU, so the signal coming to the dashboard is not compatible with the headunit. You maybe able to get OEM camera working by rewiring camera signal directly to the HU (bypass camera ECU). I have not tried rewiring OEM camera, but tested the HU with an aftermarket camera and it worked fine.

I got it on AliExpress for ~$800. There are other sellers selling similar units for less, but I wanted Android9+64Gb. you can see link to the unit in video description (no affiliation)
I had to install analog to digital converter unit (a little small connector box that I got from Toyota) and is started to sound amazing (it did sound like crap with original pinning)
Dual mode means they work as two separate controls, your unit is working as it should do.
You should do an update of the final finished product

no, the fuel economy screens were disabled and I did not find any other screens for hybrid info (like energy).

I didn't hear any difference on mine, but I'll admit my audio requirements are not very high and this car does not have ML.
