Mam , than what is difference between doctrine of pits and substance and doctrine of colourable legislation??
Court kis case mein kaun sa doctrine use kregi?
Court decide kaise kregi ki kb kaun sa doctrine lagana hai.
Dono doctrine mein legislation exceed kr rhi subject matter ko , toh kahi doctrine of pits and substance lag jaata (true nature and essence jaan ne ke liye )aur kahi doctrine of colourable legislation lag jaata , Directly void declared kr dete.

How confident are you in suggesting that a Court will not consider the applicability of the legislation in question?
Without giving necessary consideration to the applicability equates to ignoring legislative intent OR the prospective incidental scenario (i.e. Pith) that the legislature was attempting to address through a statutory provision.
Not paying heed to the applicability of the law in question would mean attention to mere text / grammar / vocabulary, as if the court's job was to score on literary competency of those from within the parliament.
