    This was very helpful, thank you! :) Did you get PEM when you were ill-and if you did, how did you deal with it?

      @@wyrdwitch13 yes I had pem. It’s one of the criteria for getting the diagnosis here in Sweden. You can watch my movie about how to get out of a crush. I explain there how I delt with pem. 😊

    Hi,Thanks again for sharing ur expirence . I like the forest better than beach too and the method im using the thought stopping and i wanted to ask how often u worked with the thoughts and visualizing ? Thanks

      @@sonny7987 hi! I worked with my thoughts as much as I could in the beginning. I wanted so badly to get out of the dark room I was in and I noticed that it helped to change my thoughts.
      Visualization was something I mostly did when my worry started rising. When I needed to get away from my anxiety. When I felt my body vibrating from the overloaded nervous system. I experienced a lot of shaking in my body, my cells when I was really sick.

      @@CimNordstrom thanks, im happy to see some one like u is healed and finally has won the battle. Im still stuck though n has tried dnrs for a year but no improvement.
      I lost more than a decade of my youthfull years,im turning 37 now im working very hard at it . Ichanged the programm using lightning process now,pray for me thanks again and have a good day.

      @@jessicanilsson5941 I had around 20 symptoms. The brainfog was severe at times and got less severe when I started feeling better.
      Yes I was anxious at times. Worked on that so the brain could feel safe.

      @@jessicanilsson5941 yes I believe everything comes from a dysregulated nervous system.
