My girlfriend has a 2012 fusion sport. I’m going to get either the 2010 or 2011 so we can twin. I plan on doing major modifications to it so it can sound and perform better. What can I do to make the car sound louder?
Heck ya bro! The sports are so dope! I did a resonator and muffler delete! I would start with a muffler delete and see how you like it. My drone is decently bad with a both deleted so go step by step but do you! I love both deleted! I did the resonators first for the more deep, growling sound. There should be two.

I drive a 2012 sport flame blue. i wrapped my front chrome flat black as well. looks a ton meaner that way. i'm getting ready to go throw news papers all night. its great driving around all in my own private city in what is probably one of the most under rated performance car out there. winter does suck though. no snow tonight!

In the last month I’ve curbed the front splitter - looks lovely - and I think my GF hit something with the right rear - another Beauty mark- I’ll end up painting it with bedliner at this rate. I need a cool tunnel like you have. I’d have to go to Kansas City to pull off a tunnel shot. Lol

Hell yeah. I love my 11 sport. I’m gonna get a 17 sport eventually. Then I’m going to build my cyclone for boost in my 11. Just worried about the trans getting tired and simply enough room in general in the bay. Probably going to need to cut holes in the hood.
Old heads at my work have never seen anyone boost the first gen sport. I just want to keep it looking sleeper but with two turbos popping out of my hood it’s going to be hard. After the automatic explodes though which is a given after the boost. I’m going to attempt to match up a manual. (I’m a mechanic at a ford dealer)
I had a 2006 6 years ago in Brazil . Now I’m in USA and looking for one to be my daily driver and keep my gladiator just for overlanding . How many miles has yours ? The MPG compared to 2.5 is too bad ? Beautiful car man
Thanks my man! I used to have the 2.5! I sold it to get this! I get 24 with it right now with a lot of highway driving! Winter can get down to 17 🥴 but summer is 22+ I appreciate it! I just hit 133k. The 1st gens aren’t bad either!!

Amazon for extras, auto parts stores such as auto zone for paint. Wheels and tires were off a different website (XXR), the CarPlay head unit I got off Facebook Mareketplace. All over lol!

I’ve done quite a bit! Wheels, tires, rotors, blacked out trim, underglow, apple CarPlay radio, resonator and aftermarket mufflers, subwoofer, coilovers. That should cover it! What are your plans for your sel? I love the silver on these cars!

Haha I feel you my man! I have both resonators deleted and aftermarket mufflers! I recommend the double resonator delete if you aren’t doing muffler work. Drone is decently bad with aftermarket mufflers but if you can live with it by all means send it! I love the way mine sounds. The first exhaust clip is with both resonators deleted and stock mufflers so definitely sounds amazing just not super loud by any means. Just sounds aggressive so I say start with the resonator delete.

I wish! Turboed, this car could make some serious power! I think there has been one successful turbo to this 3.5L in this chassis.
