You’re welcome - my table gets used a hell of a lot and my hains Match cloth I generally replace every 7/8 months, could certainly change every 12 months instead but at 7/8 months I start to notice the ware so get a fresh new one 👌
If you have a napped cloth then exactly the same process - if speed cloth ie no nap then no need for nap block or ironing , different way of maintaining Napless cloth, hope this helps ✅
Incorrect !!! With the moisture from the cloth cleaner on the cloth can get away with ironing this slow, with no moisture need to iron a fair bit quicker, this method I’ve had in use for 3 years and my hainsworth match cloths last very well and maintain the great great speed, current match has been on 6mths and anyone will tell you it plays the best table around for many miles ! I would never ever recommend a process that’s not fully tested and proven over a long period of time. On hainsworth match and precision the nap is so thin this process is perfect 👍 on a thicker cloth ie a hainsworth smart or a strachan 6811 you’d wanna be ironing at a faster speed for sure. Appreciate your comment.
Great video, good to see a player looking after the table.
Look after the table and it will reward you, tidy table tidy play..
Great video mate 👍 perfect for me as I've got a Hainsworth match coming with my snooker table. Cheers
No probs - can only iron that slowly if have moisture on the cloth first if not then iron faster speed ✅
Great stuff
Cheers mate has always worked well for me and gains me good longevity and great playing conditions every session / match 👍

Hi. Great video. Between hainsworth precision and strachan 6811, which one is better?

if that iron is more than 120 degrees celcius, that walking speed with the iron is too slow. you can preserve the hairs better by walking faster.
