lol idk about favorite, but meeting Jared Leto in the Taste of Chaos meet and greet and that was weird. Dude wore rubber gloves.
Also I've met Mark and Poppy when they were at my small local venue in tiny Ohio town as the Story Changes lol. Back in ye olden days of the mid 2000s
I’m from Cincinnati and pretty sure I saw JT at Guitar Center when I was with my parents and freaked out. I didn’t go running up to him but was like “omg that’s the singer of HH!” And I remember JT looking at me like “fuuuck” and my parents were like “nah, let’s go” and then winked at him. Lol 14 year old me was maaaad.
was wearing the Emo´s not Dead hoodie today and encountered some "young emo"s they recognized the hoodie and called me an elder emo xD made me feel like a proud ole grandpa

Seeing Saosin always takes me back. I remember going to a Brand New show in like... 2001-2003? I can't remember exactly BUT Saosin opened for them and they instantly became one of my new favorite bands. So cool

UnderOath is going hard after years later and that makes me happy because most of the hardcore bands I listen to as a teen has softened up as they are still good and I'm sure they have their reasons but those who are still going hard makes me smile

@@EmosNotDead I'm like 2.5 hours from San Antonio, and 3.5 hours from Houston. I'm about an hour and a half from the US/Mexico border, but the Rio Grande Valley isn't really known for emo music lol
