Excellent stuff - I changed BOTH my door mirrors (don't ask 🤣🤣) following these great instructions. One quick thing to add, if you change the passenger side mirror, when you remove the plastic housing behind the door opening lever, there's a small electrical plug on the back of the window open/close switch that you have to disconnect before removing panel. It's a slight faff to refit but it does wiggle back after a couple of attempts as long as you line it up/pull the door opening lever fully out as you slide the plastic housing back in place then screw in the T25 screw. Hope that helps 👍

If you buy from Wingmirrorman (I've got no affiliation with them, just that they were the cheapest so I bought from them) and you give them your reg number they will.tell you which you need i.e. 8 hole/12 hole. If you want the mirror backs colour matched (they come primed in grey otherwise) they did that for about £25 per mirror. You'll need to give them your colour code - don't know about Galaxy but on my 2009 Smax there's a plate on the base of the pillar by the driver's door. I think it was 5th box down on the left, so for example the code for my silver Smax is H8. Hope that helps 👍
R4UL TV Thanks man, yeah it’s a minefield! I’m guessing the best way to figure which to get is by checking connector. Struggling to match OEN with aftermarket parts.
R4UL TV Do you know if it makes any difference to the functionality of the electrical if I replace with one with a puddle lamp? Mine original doesn’t have puddle lamp.

Al be honest,see if you can get a 2nd hand original one from brakers yard or ebay. I think It'll be better than aftermarket one
