While other planes were still being deiced due to the cold weather, our plane took a shortcut and departed Munich without special treatment via Runway 08L. Once the plane left the thick fog layer even the alps became clearly visible. The flight subsequently continued to Hamburg where the landing was accompanied by similar weather.
At the very beginning of the video you can see airberlin's special livery celebrating the airline's partnership with Etihad Airways. With Etihad's decision to stop the financial support for airberlin, the bankrupcy of the airline was initiated.
