They had a vibe of Depeche Mode in those few albums. Loved it. They should have keep going on to me. I would love your input on the first video of my first album. It got the attention of one of my heroes Joe Bouchard (ex bass player founding members of BÖC) who is following us on Soundcloud but returns from people who likes same music is always the best. A lot of bands experimented with electronic rock and industrial rock during the late 90's because of its rise into mainstream - despite not originally being part of that genre. Examples include Paradise Lost, Alice Cooper, Theatre of Tragedy, Fields of the Nephilim, Rob Halford, David Bowie, Danzig, etc. For most of them, it was just a phase in their art and expressions, only to eventual return to their roots. But I do appreciate a lot of it even if its not popular with their respective fanbases.
nobody wants the same job for 30 years, they got board with the metal and keep re-hashing the same record to please the majority would be a form of selling out.
Depeche Lost
This is the band to have on a deserted island....style changes over the years....they do it so well!! Love all phases!
Paradise Mode
:)
Depeche Lost
I love this Paradise Lost's album
This is my favorite album from Paradise Lost.
Host is a great one and something different. They do have some better ones though, like Draconian Times, In Requiem and The Plague Within.
Kimmo Laine only for a band like PL do you have to decide between death-doom and synthpop as your favorite era. 😂
Pretty fucking incredible...going from death/doom metal to goth-metal to Depeche-rock..and finally back to doom...and still having fans
Yeah...

Dont really like host, one second...but use to listening somtimes
Love shades of god,icon,draconian times..
@@kriskris4552 Same here friend.
That's what happens when you are a genius like Mackintosh and Co.
Not to mention not regretting it. They still stand by this material. Mad respect for that.

One of my all time favorites... and my favorite PL song
I wish I had listened them in 1999. I discovered them in this January
Güzel şarkı ama çok daha başarılı işleri var bence.
Spotify'da beğendiğim 63 tane parçaları var şu an, ama benim için Host albümü her zaman öncelikli olacak. Memnun oldum

Paradise Mode (DM/PL) 😊
Looks like a Massive Attack video
It just looks like the 2000s.
Anyone got an idea of what kind of Hi-fi system he uses at the beginning of the video?
