I was having anxiety today, headed to work. Just thinking about everything, bills, wants, needs, etc. then I had to remember God is able and my provider and comfort! ❤
That is the devil putting fear in your mind instead of praying. When I get anxiety I know somebody needs prayed for so I do and the anxiety leaves. Try it , it works and God will answer your prayers.

This text comes from Philippians 4. I highly recommend meditating on this passage ( read it aloud, think about it, memorize it, and apply it to daily life.) We don't want to just listen to God's word but doers of God's word. Inaction of God's word can cause so many spiritual problems. Rejoice in the Lord always: again I say, Rejoice. Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand. Be careful ( worry for nothing) for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made know unto God. And the peace of God, which passes all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Finally, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. In the times of my life where there was a need I sought the Lord for that need and declared that " My God shall supply all my needs according to His riches and glory by Christ Jesus." God always met my needs and the needs of those around me, but I also did my part by getting out of debt, removing excess spending in my life, and learning how to steward the finances that were given to me. Having self control in my spending and recognizing the goodness of God in what he's already provided for me helped me stay in a place of contentment. I also made sure I wasn't listening to anything that would contradict the word of God . I had to remove content out of my life that would persuade me with vanities unrealistic to everyday living. At first it wasn't easy, but once I purged that from my life I can't imagine myself listening to or wanting those things. If you find yourself in consumer debt, please save your life by paying everything off and never returning to it again. Learning how to think, how to live, and prospers as your soul prospers takes time so give yourself grace and you go through the transformation. I highly recommend; Mind Renewal & New Man from JGLM and Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University ( find out if your job provides classes). If God was willing to do it from me, He's willing to do exceedingly abundantly above anything we can ever ask of him. I am Letting go of a toxic relationship. Felt anxiety rise again today going through a trauma bond and feeling anxiety want to take over and i put on agnes dei ( michael w smith) sat in my car singing as loud as i could and felt a shift away from the overthinking. God saw things i didnt see, heard things i didnt hear and god said no this is not what i wanted for you, you stayed too long and put another human over me in your heart. Its not a punishment when you feel the pain of the wrong path its a wake up call. Anthony i pray for you. You have my prayers. We all need to pray that anthony is upheld because he is doing god’s work. Now Turn away from even those who claim to be christian and hurt you and tell you how good you are and you fall for it as they stab you again . I'm becoming anxious in my mind, very anxious, about possibly losing our place to live. My daughter and I have a small apartment. God has been our support for years. We cannot afford rent, food, and medicine, (too much for our small income) The arrangement we had to supplement our rent ends soon, and apart from another similar arrangement, we will be homeless again. I am talking with God, I love Him, I trust Him 🙏❤🙏 It's so terrifying being homeless (especially for my daughter) that sometimes I let mind wander. Could you please pray for us? You wrote that God has been your support for years...he has shown you that you can trust him to care for your every need. He will provide a way. Maybe he wants you to go somewhere else. Even so he will make a way. He knows you love and trust him. It's hard not to worry in this circumstance. But remember the lilies of the field in Mathew 6:28-33. I pray he shows you that he has your back and you need not worry. I know he will provide for you.
Also I just want to take a minute to say wow. What a beautiful sky and background. The grass is so green and the clouds are so pretty. Take some time, and turn your mind off. Go outside in nature, even if its your own backyard, and just sit and admire the world that God created around you.
All of your worth comes from within. Society makes you think it comes from $ and nice things. But no, we all have worth within us. Our own experiences, and achievements in overcoming adversity, hopes, dreams, acts of kindness. You are stronger than you think you are.
Logic is important, but if you only focus on logic, you will get stuck and paralyzed with anxiety. Logic is part of the masculine energy, not inherently bad in and of itself. There is the Divine Masculine/Feminine and the Chaotic Masculine/Feminine. Think of it as a 4-square. Overthinking, anger, anxiety and control are chaotic masculine. Kindness, empathy, creativity are part of the divine feminine. Chaos, mood swings, and manipulation are part of the chaotic feminine. Obviously, the divine aspects are associated with light and the chaotic aspects are associated with the darkness. Such is the nature of duality. We have all of these aspects. Shadow-Work and Shadow-Integration can help you to get a lid on the darkness, lest it consume you. I don't pretend to know everything, though, and am not sure where depression goes. The way I see it, depression is your body/mind's way of letting you know that something is wrong in your life. The mainstream likes to label everything as chemical imbalance. The main time that I would label it as that is if you have what you would consider a very good and ideal life, and you still feel depressed in spite of nothing being wrong.
The fact that I am leaving so many comments means that this is a really good video! Life is not perfect. Not everyday is a good day. However, acts of kindness, towards yourself and others, help. Be kind to yourself, especially if you are doing the best that you can. If you are doing the best that you can, then take comfort in that. Things have def gotten harder lately. Don't be too hard on yourself and treat yourself with kindness, b/c that kindness will spill out and result in kindness towards others, as well, because overcoming your own adversity will help you empathize with a particular situation! For this, I am grateful for all of the adversity I have had to overcome in my life to this point.

I grew up not believing in God and Jesus Christ due to ignorance, but as a young adult now, he has called me to be close to him and follow his lead.
I've noticed that right before a blessing from The Lord Jesus after long awaiting the devil comes to discourage me with hardship or doubt . I've learned that during this time it's time to praise The Lord Jesus Christ and go harder in faith on The Lord. Don't let the devil delay our blessings for God didn't give us the spirit of fear but of peace, love and a sound mind .
I used to microdose psychedelics to prevent overthinking and these days I meditate half an hour every morning and it helps significantly in quieting my mind. I sleep really well at night. I know that everything is going to be OK. No matter what, keep pushing forward. You are here for an important reason!

Hello all, I have been trying to finish college for nearly ten or more years on and off. Everytime I start I am excited! Once I get into the actual work my energy deflate and I get discouraged because I don't know the work. I was called ugly, dumb and stupid as child growing up. If I tried to ask for help in learning I was laughed at. I hate to ask for help for being afraid of being called dumb or not understanding what they explain to me. I am in college right now trying for the third time. I am starting to feel those old anxieties come back. Please pray for me. Brother just leave school and find a real job , in construction , we should earn our daily bread by sweet of our face , who ever looks for easy money finds destruction in the end of the tunnel, by work g in construction I learned how to read a blue print and to build whatever was described in the same , that actually thought me how to read the word of God , if you don’t read the instructions and procedures of the blue print and all the ( insignificant details ) as the bad and lazy builders call them you are going to fail , you will not going to build a perfect bride , same with the word of God if you overlook the simple instructions and laws , if you only worried about how it ends ,and how to get out of trouble , like most are looking for , you will fail in building your own bridge to the Father , pay close attention to the laws and instructions ,pay attention to watt is said about choosing the Passover lamb , pay attention to the beginning of the book , don’t start by the end , the path is not easy , and being beautiful and gorgeous it’s actually a curse not a blessing , it blinds the heart , also Lucifer was created wonderful and perfect in every possible way , he is the best example , The Father looks in to your heart He knows all your thoughts , He knows if you truly repent of your sins or if you proud and miss them . That's why you are strongest when you are at your weakest... because you pray and lean on God more when things are at their worst. I always try to remember God when things are going good just as much as when I need him most.
I believe that I have been going threw panic attack all those things and I prayed all the time I even was so scared like God be with me on this journey I just stay still and do not move I don’t go out only to the store or to the doctor I have no distractions don’t get me wrong I do get a little nervous at times and I pray 🙏 for things like my kids my life and it all shall past just keep praying in Jesus name Amen

Ever since I was small the tendency to overthink has been there, trying to work things out has been there. This overthinking has come to the forefront just recently and noticing how exhausting it is. Sometimes I find myself overthinking while I'm at work and then I catch myself and say the Lord's Prayer. Then I think of all the things I'm grateful for. Even little things like the feel of my pillow under my head while I sleep.

We have to surrender all our worries and everything to God. I was a drug addict for over 20 yrs on fentanyl and heroin and i was sick and tired of living my life in sin and addiction but i was scared to death of failure in trying to quit using and most of all being sick from withdrawl. But the very moment i said i surrender it all to you God and stopped fighting it and let the worry go. I felt His presence take over like a peaceful calmness in my mind body and spirit. And i believed He would work it out for me. Next thing i know im getting in a rehab getting clean and i havent touched drugs or alcohol in almost 3 weeks now. Dont even have any craving. If you surrender all your worries to Him and trust in His timing and have no doubt He will work it out for you. He will. He can and will deliver you from anything. All you have to do is believe that He will and He will. God is good all the time!!! And Jesus is Lord!!! If He can do it for me. He can do it for anyone. God bless you brother Anthony!! Congratulations and you deserve this new beginning. I gotta tell you something. God is more realer than most believe and science is nothing but confusion. I had a gun pulled on me by one of Satan's Hitchman out of jealousy and it was done by him behind my back. Let me tell you something, he walked pass me inda store bumped me then I turned around. He went down in his joggingpants and pulled out a small 22 pistol then put it to my chest. I looked down and he was squeezing da trigger repeatedly but nothing happened. I was frozen not in fear but just like I was witnessing. He took the gun off me and i still couldn't move I was frozen. He turned his back cooked the gun and started turning back around. At that moment a bright light appeared from the right and blinded me it was so bright I closed my eyes so tight. Then the light deemed a little and I opened my eyes and I hope you believe what I seen. 1 foot in front of me was a angel my brother, it was inside of a tight body vessel. It was like put your hands on your side close as you can that's what I seen. Put your legs that close to and that's what I seen. It was see through with a light beaming onda inside so bright that if it wasn't incased it would've destroyed reality. Very intelligent. It has been watching me since I came here. It interrupted reality then left and I'm still here. Praise God

After I got saved satan has tried to take me out.I had one bad thought 2 years ago during a hard time of spiritual warfare - the thought scared me and it led me down a dark path of overthinking and racing thoughts every day!. Something I’ve never experienced- I was vulnerable and a babe in Christ -but I know better now .the devil has tried to break me with demonic thoughts. I nearly gave up but I’m taking back my mind in Jesus name. The devil is real ! I’m happy I’ve been through it though - I rejoice ! I love Jesus and the devil hates me for that. This will be a testimony so I can encourage other believers. I know I’m chosen and God has kept me. Praise Jesus ! Stay strong saints x
It is a natural reaction to hard times. Meditate every single morning when you have time off of work, and pray in the middle of your meditation. I do 31 minutes a day, but you can adjust as you need. It will help a lot. Just sit back and admire the world God created around you!! Everything will be OK :)

I'm becoming anxious in my mind, very anxious, about possibly losing our place to live. My daughter and I have a small apartment. God has been our support for years. We cannot afford rent, food, and medicine, (too much for our small income) The arrangement we had to supplement our rent ends soon, and apart from another similar arrangement, we will be homeless again. Also I just want to take a minute to say wow. What a beautiful sky and background. The grass is so green and the clouds are so pretty. Take some time, and turn your mind off. Go outside in nature, even if its your own backyard, and just sit and admire the world that God created around you.
All of your worth comes from within. Society makes you think it comes from $ and nice things. But no, we all have worth within us. Our own experiences, and achievements in overcoming adversity, hopes, dreams, acts of kindness. You are stronger than you think you are.
Logic is important, but if you only focus on logic, you will get stuck and paralyzed with anxiety. Logic is part of the masculine energy, not inherently bad in and of itself. There is the Divine Masculine/Feminine and the Chaotic Masculine/Feminine. Think of it as a 4-square. Overthinking, anger, anxiety and control are chaotic masculine. Kindness, empathy, creativity are part of the divine feminine. Chaos, mood swings, and manipulation are part of the chaotic feminine. Obviously, the divine aspects are associated with light and the chaotic aspects are associated with the darkness. Such is the nature of duality. We have all of these aspects. Shadow-Work and Shadow-Integration can help you to get a lid on the darkness, lest it consume you.
I don't pretend to know everything, though, and am not sure where depression goes. The way I see it, depression is your body/mind's way of letting you know that something is wrong in your life. The mainstream likes to label everything as chemical imbalance. The main time that I would label it as that is if you have what you would consider a very good and ideal life, and you still feel depressed in spite of nothing being wrong.
The fact that I am leaving so many comments means that this is a really good video! Life is not perfect. Not everyday is a good day. However, acts of kindness, towards yourself and others, help. Be kind to yourself, especially if you are doing the best that you can. If you are doing the best that you can, then take comfort in that. Things have def gotten harder lately. Don't be too hard on yourself and treat yourself with kindness, b/c that kindness will spill out and result in kindness towards others, as well, because overcoming your own adversity will help you empathize with a particular situation! For this, I am grateful for all of the adversity I have had to overcome in my life to this point.

I grew up not believing in God and Jesus Christ due to ignorance, but as a young adult now, he has called me to be close to him and follow his lead.
I've noticed that right before a blessing from The Lord Jesus after long awaiting the devil comes to discourage me with hardship or doubt . I've learned that during this time it's time to praise The Lord Jesus Christ and go harder in faith on The Lord. Don't let the devil delay our blessings for God didn't give us the spirit of fear but of peace, love and a sound mind .

Hello all, I have been trying to finish college for nearly ten or more years on and off. Everytime I start I am excited! Once I get into the actual work my energy deflate and I get discouraged because I don't know the work. I was called ugly, dumb and stupid as child growing up. If I tried to ask for help in learning I was laughed at. I hate to ask for help for being afraid of being called dumb or not understanding what they explain to me. I am in college right now trying for the third time. I am starting to feel those old anxieties come back. Please pray for me. Brother just leave school and find a real job , in construction , we should earn our daily bread by sweet of our face , who ever looks for easy money finds destruction in the end of the tunnel, by work g in construction I learned how to read a blue print and to build whatever was described in the same , that actually thought me how to read the word of God , if you don’t read the instructions and procedures of the blue print and all the ( insignificant details ) as the bad and lazy builders call them you are going to fail , you will not going to build a perfect bride , same with the word of God if you overlook the simple instructions and laws , if you only worried about how it ends ,and how to get out of trouble , like most are looking for , you will fail in building your own bridge to the Father , pay close attention to the laws and instructions ,pay attention to watt is said about choosing the Passover lamb , pay attention to the beginning of the book , don’t start by the end , the path is not easy , and being beautiful and gorgeous it’s actually a curse not a blessing , it blinds the heart , also Lucifer was created wonderful and perfect in every possible way , he is the best example , The Father looks in to your heart He knows all your thoughts , He knows if you truly repent of your sins or if you proud and miss them . The enemy of our Lord Jesus has created such a chaotic, fast paced world that keeps us so occupied and overwhelmed with the cares of this world and anxiety to prevent us from having the energy and focus to invest in spiritual matters and build a closer relationship with our Lord Jesus. I put a sign by my door that says first pray to remind me to stop and put him first. It's so easy to get caught up. God bless you.

Sometimes I find myself overthinking while I'm at work and then I catch myself and say the Lord's Prayer.
Then I think of all the things I'm grateful for. Even little things like the feel of my pillow under my head while I sleep.

We have to surrender all our worries and everything to God. I was a drug addict for over 20 yrs on fentanyl and heroin and i was sick and tired of living my life in sin and addiction but i was scared to death of failure in trying to quit using and most of all being sick from withdrawl. But the very moment i said i surrender it all to you God and stopped fighting it and let the worry go. I felt His presence take over like a peaceful calmness in my mind body and spirit. And i believed He would work it out for me. Next thing i know im getting in a rehab getting clean and i havent touched drugs or alcohol in almost 3 weeks now. Dont even have any craving. If you surrender all your worries to Him and trust in His timing and have no doubt He will work it out for you. He will. He can and will deliver you from anything. All you have to do is believe that He will and He will. God is good all the time!!! And Jesus is Lord!!! If He can do it for me. He can do it for anyone. God bless you brother Anthony!! I had a gun pulled on me by one of Satan's Hitchman out of jealousy and it was done by him behind my back. Let me tell you something, he walked pass me inda store bumped me then I turned around. He went down in his joggingpants and pulled out a small 22 pistol then put it to my chest. I looked down and he was squeezing da trigger repeatedly but nothing happened. I was frozen not in fear but just like I was witnessing. He took the gun off me and i still couldn't move I was frozen. He turned his back cooked the gun and started turning back around. At that moment a bright light appeared from the right and blinded me it was so bright I closed my eyes so tight. Then the light deemed a little and I opened my eyes and I hope you believe what I seen. 1 foot in front of me was a angel my brother, it was inside of a tight body vessel. It was like put your hands on your side close as you can that's what I seen. Put your legs that close to and that's what I seen. It was see through with a light beaming onda inside so bright that if it wasn't incased it would've destroyed reality. Very intelligent. It has been watching me since I came here. It interrupted reality then left and I'm still here. Praise God

A good friend of mine once told me when you sing praise songs the enemy flees..ever since when I start feeling anxious I start singing worship songs and it really does change the atmosphere. After I got saved satan has tried to take me out.I had one bad thought 2 years ago during a hard time of spiritual warfare - the thought scared me and it led me down a dark path of overthinking and racing thoughts every day!. Something I’ve never experienced- I was vulnerable and a babe in Christ -but I know better now .the devil has tried to break me with demonic thoughts. I nearly gave up but I’m taking back my mind in Jesus name. The devil is real ! I’m happy I’ve been through it though - I rejoice ! I love Jesus and the devil hates me for that. This will be a testimony so I can encourage other believers. I know I’m chosen and God has kept me. Praise Jesus ! Stay strong saints x

It is a natural reaction to hard times. Meditate every single morning when you have time off of work, and pray in the middle of your meditation. I do 31 minutes a day, but you can adjust as you need. It will help a lot. Just sit back and admire the world God created around you!! Everything will be OK :)
