Apparently I got extremely traumatised by my first tama death according to my mom I had a tamagotchi music star and it died during school (I think) and my mom told me she had to console me for a couple of hours. I didn't know beforehand that it can die tho as I was too young and couldn't read the guide as I didn't speak the language at the time (could read Russian but the guide was in English/Finnish) I don't know if it fucked me up in the long run but I do remember being extremely scared of random death 😅

Like the video was premiering and UA-cam was glitching and showing other videos like the end screen. Then I kept pressing the- rewind(?) button but then it said the premier was over and I had access to the full vid
I actually currently own one! Mine is a more recent model though,so it was really cheap,but older models can for over or under 30 bucks,some even 60 bucks. These things are vintage for sure. Whenever I show someone my tamagotchi they tell me all about how they had those as kids ,telling me how they were really popular at the time being,but stopped being made or producted for reasons I do not know. Mine's battery had died though,so I probably gotta change the batteries. Only difference is my model can be restarted,so if it dies,you can revive with medicine or reset the game.
