    I have 4 Creality printers and I love them all but the one thing that annoys me about Creality is you can't get a printer with all of the features, like if you want dual sync lead screws you can't have a large bed, if you want a large bed and a fitted BL Touch you cant have the extrusion supports, if you want direct drive and a V6 you can't have a touch screen, it goes on and on, so what did I do?
    I built a Pro 3D V-King in 400^3 core X, Y, Z with Duet, BL Touch, Bondtech extruder, Super Volcano, AC heated bed 7" colour touch screen and built with the best quality parts I could find.
    Come on Creality instead of building loads and loads of printers build at least one with all the good features

      That’s with everything. Seems like companies don’t want to make what customers want. Instead they make 22 different models that are all just ok.

    Just brilliant as usual no fluff just facts I feel I can trust. One question Nexi you kindly responded to my comment on the CR10 smart which thankfully influenced and saved me making an expensive mistake. On the 6E does the auto levelling work ? Does it apply probed offsets to the print while printing in different part of the bed (hope that makes sense). Thank you ;-)

      Hi mate, Thank you so much! No problem I'm glad that I helped. On my test unit (CR6-SE) the auto level was working perfectly fine and I had no problems at all with it. Awesome 3D printer really. Go for it :)

    NOW! This is interesting. When I bought my printer I had a choice between the CR-6 and the Ender 3 Max. Why did I want a new printer? For printing Model Rocket nosecones. So guess which one I bought?
    I print parts for model rocket kits that I sell. And printing my nosecones works out cheaper now than if I had invested in a blow mold. For 1 thing I could have bought 5 DR-6 SE's for that price, including 10 spools of filament.
    The Ender 3 Max was ZAR2000 cheaper than the CR-6 SE coming in at ZAR7000 compared to the CR-6 at ZAR9000.

    Hi,
    i just bought a Ender 3D max printer... but i can't find anywhere how to install driver in Cura 12 and how to print from Cura 12 via USB cable connected to the computer . Can you please make a video?

    I know the bed on CR6 is 235mmx235mm. Would it reliably print something that's 225mm long? how much border margin would I need? I'll primarily be printing PETG. Are auto bed leveling and dual Z-axis screw drives worth it? I'm really torn between these two. Thanks for the help.

    Have you heard anything about the high voltage present across the USB port which can damage a computer when attached? I know it was an issue early on.

    • @NexiTech
      @NexiTech  3 роки тому

      Wow, not at all. I never had USB issue voltage with any of my 3D printers even with my first 3D Printer (ANET A8) many years back. That must be some batch with faulty usb chips on the motherboards.

      @NexiTech  3 роки тому +1

      @@eenig8730 No problem mate, If you print alot of ABS might be good idea in future to replace stock bowden tube with Capricorn bowden tube as it's rated for high temp. Or keep the temp up to 240c, and as stock bowden tube wears out over time from non stop printing ABS just pull it up from the heat block and cut off peace like 10mm that was inside of heat block and push it back it. You can do that multiple times before bowden tube be too short that needs replacement.

    For a first time buyer, how difficult will it be to level the bed on the 3 max? That seems to be the main difference for first timers.

    • @NexiTech
      @NexiTech  3 роки тому +8

      It's not difficult at all. Home your printer, switch off stepper motors, place A4 paper under a nozzle close to each corner of the heat-bed, adjust position with wheels under heat-bed
      and then do in the center of heat-bed. You should feel slight resistance by hand. Double check it with your eyes by moving print head by hand over the glass plate, that's it :) You need just a few minutes. Once you level it you don't need to do it again for a long time and very soon you will not even need a A4 paper you will do it by the feel and eyes in no time :)

    its TMC2208 X,Y and A4988 Z,E ?

    • @NexiTech
      @NexiTech  3 роки тому

      Yes, It should be like that on Ender 3 Max. It's hard to know 100% as stepper drivers chips are glued with hard thermal silicon paste, but X,Y stepper motors are indeed silent like on the CR6-SE which is great otherwise printer would have that annoying high pitch moving noise.
