I know OP was basically is flight mode when her mom suddenly showed up and made the scene at the bar (because who wouldn’t be when put on the spot by their abuser/abuser’s enabler). When listening I was almost hoping OP would out her mom as a liar, especially with all the spectators criticizing OP for basically “pushing her mom away”. But I do hope OP finds peace because she has so many people in her corner so she has all the family she needs.
Yeah I feel bad for op as an SA victim myself as her it's hard getting the police to listen. I was just lucky I have a Good mother who immediately came when I asked, and that my mother gathered evidence of who SA'd me in prison so the police would take it seriously. I feel OP's pain I'm happy she got a good support team from her Dad's side of the family and her half older brother is a good brother. I hope OP is doing well now though it's hard.

That house fire was definitely an “accident”.
I was on her side for every part of it except the very last part about police. Of course they are gonna pick your brothers side because she didn’t get any real evidence and dad didn’t see. The mom and brother we’re gonna be fine because it’s 2 against 1 and they are young
That’s a stupid reason to not be on her side because even if he isn’t convicted it will at least be on record because the next time he goes for a child (they always do) there will already be a paper trail showing this isn’t his first time doing this. Hopefully that will help get him locked up then even if it does nothing right now.

Can you use the background-music you used before? The new music fits to the stories but most of the videos have an emotional and heartbreaking content and listening to such a melancholy music makes the story seems hopeless without any hope to solve the problem and have a happy ending. Of course not every story has a happy ending but the old music made me hope for the best and stay positive about them meanwhile the new one makes me think about the worst aspects of our society
