I don't think so. Hanbin does many same things to Bobby and Yun. For me, it is just how he show affections.
And I think Jinan seems shy that's because Binhwan share more personal things, or like Bin said he usually talks to Jinan when he has difficult times, vulnerable. I bet it is the same to Nani. That's why they has this beautiful bond. They also can to some extent make the other shy. I guess they just know how, what to do.

I've watched too many otps like really really too many otps of boy groups but binhwan gives me chills. Honestly, Jinhwan and Yunhyeong are the only ones I really missed seeing with BI. They were the most emotionally attached to BI (seeing them crying openly, worried and whatnot. Yes I know the other guys did as well, but those 3 have a special place in my memory together 😊).
