Thank you for a great video ! Must be a good 40 years since my last visit, I had just finished a 7¼" Heywood type Tinkerbell and was chatting about it with the driver of Northern Rock, who invited me for a footplate ride to Boot :):) Was their use of two-way radio for single line working a first in the uk ? I see they still use it, and the railway looks to be doing quite well, as it deserves. Perhaps we'll visit the line again, you certainly wetted my appetite !
@LeoStarrenburg glad you enjoyed the video, I used to visit this railway quite often when I was a youngster as we went camping alot in the lakes , this was my first visit since 2016, great Railway, thanks for watching. Tom
I don't do looking at scenery when steamies are running. I love to stare at steamies all day long, and nothing else. It's just the way I am. It beats sweltering in the loft all day.
@kellyashfordtrains2642 I like to include abit of scenery on my videos and a look at the infrastructure of the railway to see abit of everything and show people what's there, thanks for watching. Tom
