There is a difference between a bidding war and the player goes for 20-30% or even 50% more and a player worth 1 Million going for 20 or a Player worth 5 going for 30 these are 2000% and 600% thats is inflated to cheat the system. I hope that explains what I am talking about

Same goes other way when a team want to get rid of a player then selling team can sell that player for cheap even for free.
