i seem to think so as well.

This is great, thanks. I have a Samsonas going in my R32 and wasn't sure how it'd behave on the street.
How are those sequentials maintenance wise? Do they wear out fast?
Need to see some more like this but going fast (as if the takeaway was going cold)

I was on Westminster and #2 a few weeks back and drove the newly acquired 99Vspec (6months new) until I saw salt on the road... back in the garage. We met up a couple years back at Market Crossing when we were still welcomed. Love my acquisition to complement the rest of the cars in the stable. I also have my MFD set in the same mode as yours It gives me the most comprehensive information. I understand you bring in parts? You have contact info? LJ

With the ORC1000F, how do you find that clutch? Aggressive? Or do you have more of a lightweight feel like a twin plate?

Is this compatible with an R32 GT-R?? I want to build something like this so bad! Can't afford an R34 yet but found a salvage R32 for 5 grand.

How do you go into neutral? Some sort of release lever on the handle?
Yes, lever on the shifter. Squeeze and downshift from 1st to neutral. You can see him grab the middle of the shifter to pop it into neutral. That's where the lever is.

@@JonAlycia No you cannot. You'd have to go up/down through all gears in order hence the name "sequential" transmission
I have a question, how do you go into reverse?
Is the clutch in when you shift up?
Sequential is it good for daily?

You can see the gear banging from all the track vids hahaha. Car is not tuned right now for canadian gas. We waiting for border open to have the Saurus guys fly over to tune.
What's that 34 sticker called? Had a 15 one on my s15.

is samsonas sq reliable for daily driven in city with traffic?
it would probably hold up but that sounds like a terrible idea in a general sense. sequentials are NOT for city traffic. I have a quaife sequential in my high hp evo 9 and I live in a city- wouldn't recommend it lol.

How do you like the samsonas vs the os-88 charles?
its smoother and I like het shifter possition. however the OS is alot quieter. I say the samasonas is one of the best upgrade I've down onto my car tho.
@@CWCollective I was going to ask the same question and why you chose it over a PPG, Albins, or Holinger as well?
mostly due to having first hand experience with samasonas on Saurus R32.
- PPG, not keen to use oem casing and have one put together.
- Albins, completely out of budget
- holinger, obsolete and part not readily available
@@CWCollective That's right. Fitting the 5 speed Nissan OEM case in the R34 is a bit of extra work. Although, PPG does offer to install the gearset into the case for customers if they request it.
All good reasons for choosing the Samsonas over the others for sure. I've been thinking about going that route if my PPG hits its limits.
