അച്ഛനുമായി ഏറ്റവും അടുത്തു കാണുന്നതു 15/12/2023 വെള്ളിയാഴ്ച കോട്ടയം ദർശനയിൽ കവി വിജി തമ്പിയുടെ പ്രഥമ നോവൽ "ഇദം പാരമിതം" എന്ന ആദ്യ നോവലിന്റെ രണ്ടാം പതിപ്പിന്റെ പ്രകാശന ചടങ്ങിനോടനുബന്ധിച്ചാണ് . അച്ഛനുമൊന്നിച്ച് ഒരു ഫോട്ടോ എടുക്കുവാൻ ഭാഗ്യം കിട്ടി. ഏകദേശം 25 വർഷങ്ങൾക്കു മുൻപ് അച്ഛനുമായി പരിചയം ഉണ്ടെങ്കിലും അന്ന് സാധിച്ചില്ല. ഇതിനു മുൻപ് അച്ഛനെ കാണുന്നത് കുവൈറ്റ് സിറ്റി മാലിയയിൽ പളളിയിൽ വച്ചാണ് .
