    What is in video?: "r" is replaced by "x" because direction of propagation of wave is in x-direction
    What it should be?: "r" should be replaced by "z" because we have electric field in x-direction

    What it should be? Direction of magnetic field should be in y-direction because we already have electric field in x-direction.
    Correct me if I am wrong!

      You can take any direction for wave propagation.
      It is upto you.
      If your E is in x direction and B is in y direction S will be in z direction.
      You can always simultaneously change the direction keeping in mind they all are perpendicular to each other.
