Madam how the square of (R+h) becomes R square + h square. This is wrong. The value of this is R square + h square + 2 Rh.

Hey, R' is the full radius till height h from the surface of earth. So, R +h [earth la irundu, h heightla, g' will be 1/4 of g (accltn due to gravity of earth) apo, h value enna]
