Pretty sure that winpad kick is fake and boom got banned from jtoh a while later so his progresses weren't considered legit
Skitsuna was never top 1, but he didn't cheat, he just used more than 90 fps so it didn't count for the top towers verifications
IdekTheObbiest beat tobf on 90 fps before tin but "no vid no did"

Adan 3842 first attempted tobf in September 2020 like immediately after he beat togf but he never really made progress because he was trying to do all floors legit first and also he kept grinding other things like tower of cruel punishment which got in the way so technically it took longer than 2.5 years
