    What are the wear tolerances on gauges if our part is 30.0 +0.1/-0.1 .on what size we manufacture gauge......that it enter on parts.

    Sir i have a doubt how could a plug gauge of GO size (24.5 x 34.5)mm will check the size of (24.5 x 34.5)mm. As both Gauge and part size is same
    1) the gauge will not enter the part.
    2) OK part will be assumed as reject part.

    Sir max material condition aur minimum material condition samjh nahi aaya
    Jaise hole ke case me hi lower limit ko Max material condition bol rhe kyu ye chij samjh nahi aa rha

    In case of hole lower limit is maximum material condition
    But why in shaft there is opposite?
