Thanks, I always set things up in such a way but they don't always stay as organized! 😫

I use a Clairefontaine My Essential notebook for my commonplace book and I find it wonderful. Personally, I chose Clairefontaine specifically because I use fountain pens and they handle ink well. But also, it comes numbered, has 8 pages, smooth paper, has 2 pockets (1 front and 1 back), and has an elastic band to keep the notebook closed. Also, bonus points for being cheaper than a Leuchtturm and Stalogy (at least where I am it is).
Btw your handwriting and organization are beautiful!

Came here from the commonplace book subreddit and I wish my handwriting was as clean as yours! Also Demonji is a cutie.

@@oz_jones thank you! I think most people’s handwriting can look clean as long as you try and make the letters consistent. 😊

I would like to learn the style of lettering you use for your titles, like your table of contents. Can you direct me to a place online where I can learn these strokes?

    this looks beautiful!
I could definitely feel your pain when you talked about the page numbers haha
Do you have (or are you planning to) a slightly trimmed down version of this book in your shop? It seems you made something small enough for people to use and get into (without too much trouble); while also maintaining the quality people might be expecting from such a product.
That was a clear and explanatory flip through! I like the amount of time you spent on each part and how none of the parts were too cluttered or empty without reason!
When it comes to the audio I think it was a bit quiet but it was clear.

Hi, I didn't make and don't sell this book, it's from a company called Stalogy, you can usually get them on Amazon. But yes writing in pages numbers can be a pain! And I agree about the audio, very clear compared to before, but not very loud. I'll have to find a way to have the microphone closer to me next time.

@@myDemoji thanks for the quick reply!
I actually meant the book AND the writing and other stuff you added in it haha (cause yeah it does look that good - and also yeah there might be some copyright stuff so it would probably have to be sort of redone from scratch but I'm just trying to say it looks amazing sorry lol)
but in terms of the microphone:
technically if you wanna brute force it I think you could use something like clipchamp to simply double the audio although it would likely add another 15 minutes to the process of making the video
even though it would be like 30 seconds to load the video in the program (if you happen to have it - which you might if you have windows), click on the track at the bottom to select the entire video at once, go in the upper right hand corner to move the slider from 100 to 200%, export at 1080p (unless you have something else in mind), locate in downloads or wherever you put it, and then proceed as normal - this process is likely faster and way more efficient using other methods but in terms of something that doesn't require any download or linking accounts or whatever you might already have it - and thus have no need to ever move the microphone haha
