That seems simple good clever practical design and much better than an Obulb where you need to buy extra magnet hooks etc so it's one I'll have a look at. I like the tripod connection also as I use the one on my Klarus C3 with a mini tripod and that works well.
I actually bought this one for me and for its size its very very good, the other one I like is the nitecore LA30. Wouldn't give u tupence any of the Olight lanterns apart from one the Odiance...
I did look at this and the Klarus etc but I ended up getting a "Trongle" for £13.50 on A-zon and I'm well impressed but it's actually a bit to bright even on low and goes up to 4000 lumens and takes 2x18650's or 4 x AA in the accessible battery compartment and also runs off a power bank or still runs when acting as a power bank Even runs off the power bank when you have no batteries in it. I'm actually very well impressed. Has 4 colour temps and 4 power levels for each temp plus separate red leds. Excellent value for a big lot of light output and still fairly compact. Tempted to buy another.

Did you say you could lock it out?I don't think 4 clicks locks it out. I don't think it has a lock out at all.
