IIT BHU increased too many seats in old infrastructure, which will take time to get upgraded. This is due to bad administration and corruption.Three students in a room meant for two makes no sense.

Bro think big usually new students became lonely and not able to interact with each other to cope with loneliness they give 3 in one room and later you get your private room in 3rd or 4th year
