You can do this by ensuring you highlight all the relevant subjects you studied and ensuring you mention any volunteer experiences you might have had as well

No, work experience is not a big factor in most programs. Each program has its own weighted criteria which you can check on the websites of the programs you are interested in

This is for applications for the Erasmus scholarships. You can obtain one from an area chief or use a utility bill which is under your name
