- This is Loretta Lynn's granddaughter, Emmy Rose performing onstage with her. Free falling & Memaws Guitar . This was last night - March 21, 2015 at Delta Downs Racetrack Casino in Vinton, Louisiana. She knocked it out of the park! ** Edit -This was one of the last concerts I brought my Granny to ( She passed in 2021) and it was one of the most amazing experiences and memories with her. The love of music that a grandmother can pass on to her grandchild is truly one of the best things ever!!! I hope Mrs. Loretta Lynn and her granddaughter, Emmy Rose know that they left a lifelong memory for a grandson and his Granny “Memaw” that will be cherished forever!!!

For a girl so young, _I_ happen to think she's great, especially considering she's not auto-tuned and not just miming the guitar over piped in music and using fireworks and half-naked dancers to distract people from that, like most "young starlets" these days. And the whole "words big enough" bit, as you must _surely_ have guessed, is just an expression.
I can't see any rational reason for you to have responded with vitriol; I'm impressed while you're decidedly not - but that's fine! It doesn't affect me that you dislike something I like, and I don't understand why it should bother you that I like it or that I said so.

Her name is Emmy Rose Russell and she is Patsy Lynn Russell & Philip Russell's daugther. I think she would be around 19 right now.

Loretta is amazing... at this concert she was 3 weeks shy of 83 years old (she was 83 on April 14, 2015)... Her granddaughter has an incredible talent. Ernest Ray is the only one of her children who has any real talent. All her other kids missed out on the talent gene.
No clue ehy this is not #1 on the charts right now ?????
