We are still very happy with our purchase and would recommend this hitch! Sounds like it would be a good hitch for you as well! Let us know what you decide! Good luck!
Clearance is good. Only issue we have seen is very un-level terrain, it is come close to hitting the cover. We’ve had this set up for over two years and it’s been great. One day we would like to upgrade to the cover that rolls up inside of itself.
do you bolt down the bed saver plates? i saw that is has 4 circles like where bolts would go. just got mine waiting on the owners manual to come in still.
@@MrButterz48 the hitch is attached to a goose ball with a draw down bolt. That puts ample downward pressure to attach the hitch firmly to the bed. The bed savers are just that, they distribute the downward force and protect the bed.
Hi guys. Great DIY on the hitch. You made it look so easy. When you getting that new Fifth Wheel? Can't wait to see what u get. Take care. Kent and Tami
I have yet to have any issues with clearance between the cab and the front cap. We have been in some tight spots. With that said I haven’t had it at 90 degrees either. Our 6 month review of this hitch should be out this Thursday! Thanks for watching!
This is the Pullrite Superlite 2600. The difference between the 2600 and 2400 is how they mount to the truck. 2600 uses the ball attachment to the truck, 2400 uses rails attached to the truck.
There is no chucking when pulling. I absolutely love this hitch. If you watch this coming Thursdays video you will see another reason why I love this hitch. We were camping on an extreme angle. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching.
Hello there. Saw your video How has the pullrite been. I have an F250 with 6’9” bed and am looking at a 29 foot fifth wheel.

How did this end up working with your fold up bed cover? I have the same one and was concerned about clearance issues as well

I have the same hitch for when I had my SB but now, I got a CCLB so it still working.
We love this hitch! It really suits our needs for hauling our RV. Thanks for watching!
Congratulations 🎉🎈🎊🍾. Can’t wait to see it all together.
We can’t wait to see it to!! We are losing our patience!! 😆
I have a very bad back. I have one question. Can that come apart to make it a little litter,
It is in 2 parts. The main frame weighs roughly 40-45 lbs. -Mike
@@ThoseWhoGlampTogether thank you. going to watch your other videos

The bed savers do not get bolted down. Hope this helps!
@@ThoseWhoGlampTogether it does Thank you does it mention in the manual why they don't? Or why they don't need to be

Wasn’t a difficult install at all once we found out they sent the wrong pull down bolt. Now all we need is a camper! Thanks for watching!
Any clearance issues when making tight turns?

Nice video, very helpful, especially to an RV boot like myself.
Thanks for watching! We like to do what we can ourselves
Do the bed saver plates come with the hitch?
Yes everything comes with the hitch. The only thing that doesn’t come is if you have a puck system they offer plugs for the 4 holes.
What model hitch was this

We should go camping.
We should!

This is the PullRite version not aware of that info on Pullrite
@@ThoseWhoGlampTogether Pullrite is okay, I guess because of the steel.
