- Middlebury is the shire town of Addison County, Vermont. With its stately brick and stone buildings and cascading falls of the Otter Creek, Middlebury is a quintessential small Vermont town.
The name "Middlebury" came from its location between the towns of Salisbury and New Haven.

Wow! I taught at the college 2000-2015, and did wander about the town many times, even when there was snow on the ground. Thank you for sharing.
A splendid walking tour of my home town. Well done.
Many thanks!
I installed an Elevator in the Girls dorm at the college back in 1967! I still have a 200w light bulb from the building during construction! and it still works!. bought my first pair of Sorel Boots at the hardware store there too!. and spent many a time in the local book stores over the yeras. found memories. thanks for sharing. Another incredible video.
Love this town!
Yay, Middlebury!
I enjoyed the walk around Middlebury. I wish there had been some dialog about some of the landmarks. I could not read what was on the bronzed plate on the stone. I lived in VT till 2003, when family needed me in CA. I went back last summer for my 51st reunion and felt rejuvenated to walk these paths again. I missed the snow also!
How interesting. I have lived in California all my life and am thinking of retiring in Vermont. Middlebury looks so peaceful and beautiful.
Awesome Work!
Thank you!
I grew up here in the 1970s. Amazing how little it's changed, especially with a layer of snow to cover things. Yeah, the foot bridge is new but aside from that.
