The Class 323 farewell tour in conjunction with The Branch line Society & WMR 29/09/2024

- The tour started from Birmingham to Liverpool via Bromsgrove, on its return the route was via Rugeley Trent Valley, Walsall, Birmingham New Street, then Coventry and back to Birmingham New Street.
At Birmingham International it was routed through platform 2 on its way to Coventry.

Great video mate. It makes me wonder what would have become of the Northern 323's if they had took on the Class 365's for the Chat Moss line before they were scrapped in 2021? Although I hear Dapol are making a Class 323 in OO Gauge, so you might be able to get a model of one of these for keepsake. I know I am :).

I was at walsall yesterday taking pictures and filming, I finally managed to sit in the cab after waiting for most of my life to do that so, life goal completely ticked off the list there. one of my friends was on the tour as well.

I did think of doing Lea Hall myself Brian but I wanted to get them sounds they make so it had to be Barnt Green, plus no aircraft flying over.

As far as I know 9 are being put into storage, with the rest going to Northern.

Would be good if some could have continued being used along the CCL.
