I've got really bad hammer toes so I can't do standing heel raises at all, so the sitting ankle pumps as a substitute will be really helpful.
I do the first two exercises already. Very nice video. Could you amend the video and show us the third exercise? I am not familiar with it.

ouch! I had no idea!! I took the photo becuase there were two exercises and when I first posted the video, I mistakingly titled it as "3 exercises".
There seems to be only 2 excercises.

The third exercise is tapping or clicking back and forth through the video to find the third exercise...
