Yeah I remember when dr doom and thanos were fighting on Mustafa and dr doom said

But thanos tried and an got cut in half😁

Thanos is definitely stronger, but I think Doom could do more with prep. Doom had the edge here because he had a proto-adamatium armor (the same stuff Captain America's shield is made of) on.
