This series of videos was great. I've been looking into UX research in relation to Anthropology (the study of humans/human culture). I think the most important thing you noted was that good UX researchers focus on trying to help other team members in a job also think about user needs. I think that there should be more group learning activities in schools because so many jobs require cooperation. While this is true, seeing these examples of poor design was also really funny.
