Was this the only Living Books game (both the original and reissue) to use the credits animation with the sorcerer and his magic wand? All the other games I recall just use the ones with the two fighting artists, the guy in the office balancing shapes, the typing guy that winds up overheating his computer, the jazz trio and Foley artist with parrot, and then people waving goodbye with a balloon hitting the credits text and bursting from it (two of which also show up in the reissue here.)
That's good to know. I'm almost tempted to do a compilation video of all six of the credit animations. I imagine all of them were made in 1992, and they wanted there to originally be variation with the credits between games.
Yeah, probably just for the sand game. Arthur's Birthday V2 was at least nice enough to credit both voice acting teams, one for the old voice clips and one for the minigames.
Well at least Mark Schlchting reprised his role as Grandma when selecting one of the pre-made castles. Upon selecting, she goes "If you pick one of Critter's castles, yours will go away. Is that okay?" and when you press "yes", she goes "Okay." and the wave comes on then the castle builds quickly. Bet you didn't know that.
9:03 Critter: (Shown on the gray background with "THE END" in red above him) And that's the end of my story. (Waves) Good Bye! (Puts his arm down) See you later!
Little Critter is really sweet, telling his grandma that he'd watch for the stop, even though he's fast asleep. XD
11:37 I liked it when the shattering sound happened, the copyright credit slides down.

I think the sorcerer showed up in a few other games. I know he was in The Tortoise and the Hare and Sheila Rae the Brave.

11:35 That horn sound almost sounded like it was saying "NYIE!!".
I like the beach 🏖️
9:16 My idea of a perfect way to show the pattern of Wizard, Programmer and Music is to not include the ceiling crash sound in Programmer.
Yeah, probably just for the sand game.
