  • Wagner Moura didn't speak Spanish and was too skinny to play Pablo Escobar for Netflix's Narcos, so he enrolled in school and gained the "freshman 15" to prep.

The moment where Pablo (Wagner) is arguing with his father at his father's farm and his father says: "Quieres saber lo que pienso de ti? Usted es un asesino, Pablo. Y me corta el corazón (You want to know what I think of you? You are a murderer, Pablo. And it cuts my heart) is also extremely emotional.

When Tata is watching Pablo's body being carried away and cries desperately in front of the TV, it just makes the scene more sad and also makes you feel kinda bad for Pablo and her. The background music Mi serenata de amor also doesn't make it easy.
