There is something I dont understand. I thought the ".jar" file artefacts deployed to nexus is already an image. Perhaps, what we need do is to use dockerfile to convert the .jar file into an image, right?
In an interview they asked me that I have running 100 microservices with 100 Jenkins files but there's an update regarding the node js application in the pipeline, then how can you find the particular update on these 100 Jenkins files . Please help me with the answer.

Determine what exactly is changing in the Node.js application. Is it a version update, a new build step, a dependency change, or something else?
Why would you need 100 jenkins file , use shared libraries and use condition's... Update in sense, someone changed the jenkins file or ?
