Omg same here! The quarter pounder, fries, cola, chicken tenders, even with the friggin bbq sauce!!!! Only difference is in my country mcdonalds sells this pickly yellow mayonaise (closest to a tartar sauce) that's brilliant with the Fries. Can't have my fries without. We truly are blessed with great taste!

When my husband were dating in the 80s we would always both order a quarter pounder w/cheese, large fries, medium coke. This was before they came out with #1, #2, etc. I rarely eat there anymore but that is still the best imo.
I didn't know McDonald's had changed their Quarter Pounder. Then I ordered one a couple of years ago out of desperation because it was late and McDonald's was the only place open. I was really surprised! For a McDonald's burger, it's kinda good! Wendy's still has the best fast food burger, IMO, but if I find myself at McD's, the Quarter Pounder is now my go-to item.

For a long time, for several years, whenever I went to McDonald's, I would just order the double quarter pounder meal. Recently, as in the last few months, my order has since changed for cost saving reasons. My order is now through the app, and it is the 2 for 5 meal deal, where I order a quarter pounder and a 10 piece Chicken McNuggets, and an additional side of small fries. That's a pretty decent amount of food for only around 7, 8 dollars. The small fries contain a fair number of fries in it.

6:00 i used to work at concessions in a movie theater, we had a soda fountain not unlike mcdonald's. there is a carbonation tank and each soda has a separate pack full of syrup in a cardboard box. in my limited experience, if the flavor is watered down, it means that the syrup pack simply needs to be changed out.
The dumb syrup boxes are heavy at my job and we got a new multiplex so all McDonald's sodas at my job taste better because the carbonation is better. I like the root beer more because it's less syrupy
well one could also argue that the water - syrup ratio is directly related to price. The more water they can use and the less syrup = bigger profits. Wouldn't surprise me if they changed the ratio a few years ago to make like a billion more a year. Especially given the fact that almost all drinks sold at a McDonalds are part of a combination deal. So even if their sodas dip in quality slightly they are still going to retain 99% of their current customers.
I'm kind of the opposite..... I think it's really gross. Love the videos but I really don't see how it adds anything. I cringe whenever he says the food item followed by "going in" too. But just because I find it gross and cringeworthy doesn't mean I don't appreciate the effort.

First of all, always ask to add big mac sauce to any burger you order. Anytime you order a fried menu item, always ask for the food to be made fresh (cook to order). My favorite McDonald's item's is the 20pc chicken nuggets, and with sweet tea, as always. Ill get the triple burger every now and then, with big mac sauce.
had some perfectly fried fires from them today, and nothing compares. yes they're salty, but that's expected. all too often you get a soggy mess, but these were on point. cant imagine what they tasted like before they switched to trash seed oil.
The quarter pounder has the best ratio of beef, cheese and bun, and as well as the added onion and pickles. It’s the best go-to burger for me, although it’s more pricey these days, but worth it to me.
The reason that McDonald’s soft drinks (or soda, I’m Australian) taste different is firstly the ice content, but also the machines get refilled with the syrup of the drink so if the syrup canisters are emptier one time than another, the taste will be a bit more watered down. I worked there and whenever during my shift I would get a coke I’d always fill up the syrup canisters in the back if i needed to.
I remember I always wanted a happy meal 😂😂 they were so cool I mean I even like the box and the fact you could get a toy AND a meal was mind blowing to me😂😂😂😂 ahhh good old days😔
I like him. My favorite McDonald's items are, their diet coke (it has very good flavor, as I can taste a light bit of cinnamon), My favorite sandwich is a double cheeseburger with extra onions and mayo, I also like their fries because when they are not overly crisp and kinda floppy, they are delicious!
The quarter pounder with cheese from McDonalds is my favorite too! I like the balance of flavor between the beef, the cheese, and the condiments. I tried the double quarter pounder with cheese once, but I felt the beef overpowered the condiments and I didn't enjoy it as much. Plus it was difficult to finish.
re: the flavor of Coke. I used to work at a restaurant and the assistant manager would taste the different sodas 3-4 times a day to see if the syrup was still being supplied to the drink and the carbonation was working properly. The employees also were allowed to have unlimited soda so we'd find out is something wasn't working right. Customers rarely ever had a bad soda served. And the Coke we served tasted nothing like what McDonalds sells...I don't know why.
For me, it's the McChicken. The best fast food sandwich. I even ask for extra McChicken sauce packets and the staff is so friendly and more than willing to oblige. One time I asked for McChicken sauce packets and they gave me three. I said, "Wow, three for free!" and the nice friendly McDonald's worker laughed and said, "I'm going to call you 3-for-free!". Now the staff greets me with "hey it's 3-for-free!" and ALWAYS give me three packets. It's such a fun and cool atmosphere at my local McDonald's restaurant, I go there at least 3 times a week for lunch and a large iced coffee with milk instead of cream, 1-2 times for breakfast on the weekend, and maybe once for dinner when I'm in a rush but want a great meal that is affordable, fast, and can match my daily nutritional needs. I even dip my fries in McChicken sauce, it's delicious! What a great restaurant.
yes, and to take all that trouble to dress up and gel the hair and he wont bother to trim the finger nails. people back in the old days kept them trimmed , especially if you wore a suit like that.

First of all, always ask to add big mac sauce to any burger you order. Anytime you order a fried menu item, always ask for the food to be made fresh (cook to order).
My favorite McDonald's item's is the 20pc chicken nuggets, and with sweet tea, as always. Ill get the triple burger every now and then, with big mac sauce.
I always ask for a large fry without salt they make it fresh everytime I bet it annoys the hell out of them but it's worth it 🙂

had some perfectly fried fires from them today, and nothing compares. yes they're salty, but that's expected. all too often you get a soggy mess, but these were on point. cant imagine what they tasted like before they switched to trash seed oil.

The quarter pounder has the best ratio of beef, cheese and bun, and as well as the added onion and pickles. It’s the best go-to burger for me, although it’s more pricey these days, but worth it to me.

The reason that McDonald’s soft drinks (or soda, I’m Australian) taste different is firstly the ice content, but also the machines get refilled with the syrup of the drink so if the syrup canisters are emptier one time than another, the taste will be a bit more watered down. I worked there and whenever during my shift I would get a coke I’d always fill up the syrup canisters in the back if i needed to.
I remember I always wanted a happy meal 😂😂 they were so cool I mean I even like the box and the fact you could get a toy AND a meal was mind blowing to me😂😂😂😂 ahhh good old days😔

I like him. My favorite McDonald's items are, their diet coke (it has very good flavor, as I can taste a light bit of cinnamon), My favorite sandwich is a double cheeseburger with extra onions and mayo, I also like their fries because when they are not overly crisp and kinda floppy, they are delicious!

The quarter pounder with cheese from McDonalds is my favorite too! I like the balance of flavor between the beef, the cheese, and the condiments. I tried the double quarter pounder with cheese once, but I felt the beef overpowered the condiments and I didn't enjoy it as much. Plus it was difficult to finish.
re: the flavor of Coke. I used to work at a restaurant and the assistant manager would taste the different sodas 3-4 times a day to see if the syrup was still being supplied to the drink and the carbonation was working properly. The employees also were allowed to have unlimited soda so we'd find out is something wasn't working right. Customers rarely ever had a bad soda served. And the Coke we served tasted nothing like what McDonalds sells...I don't know why.
For me, it's the McChicken. The best fast food sandwich. I even ask for extra McChicken sauce packets and the staff is so friendly and more than willing to oblige.
One time I asked for McChicken sauce packets and they gave me three. I said, "Wow, three for free!" and the nice friendly McDonald's worker laughed and said, "I'm going to call you 3-for-free!".
Now the staff greets me with "hey it's 3-for-free!" and ALWAYS give me three packets. It's such a fun and cool atmosphere at my local McDonald's restaurant, I go there at least 3 times a week for lunch and a large iced coffee with milk instead of cream, 1-2 times for breakfast on the weekend, and maybe once for dinner when I'm in a rush but want a great meal that is affordable, fast, and can match my daily nutritional needs.
I even dip my fries in McChicken sauce, it's delicious! What a great restaurant.
