Shancai knew she loved Lei, and Lei loved Shancai with his actions, he just didn't accept it because of the other girl, but even she knew that Lei loved her. Them coming together was natural and not forced, but Si saw this and forced himself on her anyway, to the point where her being with who she wanted became a bad thing.
Lei never loved shancai. He always loved that other girl jiang. And shancai also never 'loved' lei, there was just attraction for her like a type of crush. She only loved Daoming si not because he was forcing(which he was not) but she got to know how much he loves her. Lei also knew that the person shancai always loved is one and only daoming si.

She was afraid to love Lei because of Si, and Si refused to leave her alone, and eventually he wore her down. Her and Lei had a more natural connection.
