Flying the Moon with our KFA Aircraft Part 3 - Untouched Namibia.

We fly from Aloe Grove Lodge to Otjitambi, Sesfontein and then Puros for our next overnight stop. We overfly some of the most remote and untouched places I have been to and meet some of the very friendly and helpful local people.

Looks like a lot of fun, I think it can be great to fly with you once my Bearhawk is flying. What is your cruise speed and range?

It is a lot of fun to fly. Cruise speed depends on engine and prop but fully loaded I plan on 85kts although I mostly do over 90 in my plane. Its fitted with a KFA 912 ULS-ST (135hp) engine. Fuel burn at 22-23 L/hr so that gives me 4,5 to 5 hrs with a little bit of reserve.
