Brilliant performance! Dynamics, intonations, distinctive consonants, and a hauntingly beautiful solo!
Especially given that this masterpiece is for a mixed choir.
I had goosebumps almost all the time.
Our choir also performed this one, and it's a pleasure to both listen to it, and to sing it.
A very sad inspiration behind the piece creates another layer to it.

What a great performance, thank you so much! You can really tell how much the choir has improved under Mr Lehmann's leadership and that in such a short time.
The names of the soloists are Joel Necker (boy solist) and Kurt Hempel.
